We've got teams that know how this stuff behaves. The seals we send out usually fall within -65 to 260 degrees C. That’s enough for most systems we touch. Pressure? Depends. But 30 or 40 MPa isn’t out of range in static use. That said, we always recommend testing in the real setup. A lot of what we do isn’t about selling seals. It’s helping engineers avoid problems later on. When you choose a design early that matches real working conditions—not just catalog specs—you end up with fewer breakdowns, and fewer callbacks.
