Through the opener device and bending roller system feeding the coiled material from up to down, passing opener device, coil tip flatness device, pinch rollers, work rollers, feed rollers to make the coiled material passing in an excellent smooth feeding Basic Information: The NCLF Series 3-in-1 coil feeder is designed for use with plate thicknesses up to 8.0mm. The standard model does not include a cart. The material rack is equipped with a powered pressure arm and pneumatic brakes. The system feeds material from the top with a pneumatic clutch and passive material discharge. The correcting roller has a diameter of φ110, and the feeding roller has a diameter of φ144.
